I woke up this morning feeling sad and it really just continued through the whole day. Nothing has been able to pick me up.

That is one magnificent kitchen there, lets cheer up for having such a beauty at your disposal. Some days are just like that, I am transitioning from my manic episode into normalcy and the beast of depression will soon follow suit, but no medications, I am sticking to that mantra.
